What do we log?

As an email forwarding service, we handle incoming emails and forward them to your personal inbox. We take your privacy seriously and want to be fully transparent about what data we collect during this process.

Email content

We never log or store the content of your emails. Emails are deleted immediately after successful delivery. If delivery fails, they remain in the queue for up to 3 days before being automatically removed.

Debugging metadata

To help diagnose delivery issues, our forwarding service logs a limited set of metadata for each processed email:

These debugging logs exist solely to help us investigate delivery issues when you contact support and are not stored permanently.

Website analytics

On our website, we use Google Analytics (with your consent) with IP anonymization enabled to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

We are a paid service — our revenue comes from premium subscriptions, not from monetizing your data.
